Hailing from the Chicagoland area, Jake's passion for winter sports drew him to the Jackson region. He graduated from the University of Michigan Engineering School with a BSE in Computer Science, achieving the highest honors. During his university summers, Jake honed his skills as a software engineer at prestigious institutions like Apple and a notable trading firm. His fervor for the STEM fields, coupled with a natural inclination towards teaching, inspired him to transition his tutoring side gig into a full-time career post-graduation.
